Wellness Options at Work is challenging you to Take 3 during your workday. New wellness standards suggest that you move 3 minutes for every 60 minutes you sit. More moving and less sitting makes for a healthier, happier day!

Promote movement breaks and incorporating active/walking meetings by displaying a flyer around your office or in a break room.
